ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking incoming calls.
- Assists the sales department in managing lead generation, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Order lunch for the office
- Order supplies
- Maintain Salesforce as needed.
- Setting up and creating reports, emails, and correspondence often of a technical and/or confidential nature, composing routine correspondence, maintaining working calendar for Salesforce.
- Support marketing activities and company events
- Barge Sales and Barge Rent quoting in Salesforce.
- Help the sales team develop sales presentation for clients so they are aligned with the needs of the client and MCD products and services.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analysis.
- Track progress of sales and marketing campaigns, inside sales reports, and feedback from the sales department
